Education improvement activities

I- Teachers Training

Hilal Public School System (HPSS) have planned and conducted different training sessions as per need and required situations. A Basic Training Module for Teachers (BTMT) comprises six professional training courses and four topics for group / study / assignment work. During the running session we conducted four teachers training workshops and three group / study work. Helping Hand sponsored projects Hilal Public School Diplo, H.A.Gishkori, M.K.Chandio, Abdullah Goth and Rehri Goth were benefited from these training courses. The courses / concepts were covered as given below:
1. How Children Learn?
2. Art of Questioning
3. Classroom Management
4. Designing a Test Paper
5. Purpose of Education
6. Purpose of Creation
7. Sense of Responsibility (Amanat)
Simultaneously, we arranged Content Competency Program of Mathematics. This Program comprises of 12 to 14 sessions and covers the entire concepts and skills of Mathematics.
Same as above, we will plan for Science and Social Studies, for the next session.
Training sessions for Principals and Trainers were also conducted.

II- Nazra Quran Scheme

* To recite correct pronunciation of Qur’an, we planned and conducted a comprehensive scheme for our students and teachers.

III- Co-curricular Activities

* For development of “All Round Personality” of our students, we arranged different activities, and covered the Days and Campaigns, like that, Pakistan day, Ramadan Campaign, Eid, Quid e Azam Day, Allama Iqbal Day, Plantation Campaign, etc.
* During the running session HPSS Diplo, H.A.Gishkori, M.K.Chandio, Abdullah Goth and Rehri Goth organized co-curricular activities as per annual plan.
* To provide healthier activities and to prepare the leadership of HPSS, we establish “Bazm e Hilal” for the students. This unit established at HPSS Abdullah Goth and Rehri Goth.

IV- Mothers Forum & Other community oriented activities

* To uplift the whole surrounded society of Hilal Public Schools, we are planning to arrange different activities e.g. anti-tobacco campaign, plantation, general health awareness program, etc.
* One of the most special monthly activities is “Mothers’ Forum”, arranged for providing guidance and assistance for the betterment of their children and society.
* In this session HPS Rehri Goth organized Mothers’ Forum activities on monthly basis in a decent manner. The Goth women associate and actively participate in these programs.
* To bring awareness and importance of education, HPSS frequently arrange “Parent Session”, on school basis and “Meeting with Parent”, on individual basis.
